Shipping Policy

Orders for merchandise in stock in our Georgia warehouse typically ship same-day if ordered by our 3:00 PM Eastern Time Cutoff. We offer numerous shipping options based on the speed of delivery that you require. We ship Monday through Friday. We do not ship on the weekend.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping rates and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will be prompted to select your desired shipping method at that time. Delivery estimates are quoted in business days.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aeroplane Apparel is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All claims for damage, errors, or shortages of the merchandise delivered must be made within 48 hours from delivery of the merchandise.

For international orders, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
